🔄 Order Cancellation Guidelines

  • You can cancel your order only before it is shipped from our warehouse.
  • Once the order has been processed for dispatch or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Upon successful cancellation, the entire order amount will be refunded to your original payment method or provided as store credit (as applicable).
  • Partial order cancellations or quantity modifications are not accepted under any condition.

🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders

Please note, the following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered.
  • Orders placed under sale, offers, or using discount codes.
  • Orders for customized or made-to-order products.

📝 Refund for Cancelled Orders
